VP/PT vape on a normal 3.7v battery

These atomizers are great. I've always love my VP passthrough as the higher voltage made for an actually satisfying vaping experience. I love the 510 atomizer but even given its reputation as a good vapor producer it can still be somewhat anemic at 3.7v. These low resistance atomizers make all the difference. Everyone keeps thinking that it is all about voltage, the truth is that is watts not voltage. Think of it this way, your wall voltage (in the US) is 110 volts. If you plug in a 60 watt light bulb it is bright, then replace it with a 100 watt light bulb, BRIGHT. The difference between them is the resistance. The low res atomizer is like plugging a 100 watt light bulb instead of a 60.

This LR atty actually burns hotter on a standard 510 battery than normal 510 attys do on my VP/PT at 5 volts. It's wattage NOT voltage and these run at a much higher wattage.

The only downside is that because of the lower resistance, they draw a lot more current and so they will drain your battery more quickly. For instance, they will eat a normal 510 battery in about 30 min, but it is a glorious 30 min.
