Warranty & Returns

Please read the information below before filling a warranty claim. All hardware must be returned before a replacement is shipped.

Atomizers

Atomizers are warrantied to be none DOA only. (Dead on arrival) Please check your atomizers the day they arrive. Serial numbers are embedded in our atomizers. Atomizers returned to us must be genuine Vapor Talk atomizers. Please be sure not to mix up your atomizers from other suppliers to avoid additional charges.

Batteries

eGo batteries, eGo Passthroughs, eGo mega batteries and Joye 510 batteries - As of 11/4/2010 Joye eGo batteries are now warrantied for 3 months. We will not warranty batteries due to improper use or "flooding" of the switches from over dripping or incorrectly dripping. Please insure your battery is a genuine Vapor Talk battery before sending to avoid additional chargers.

E Liquid 

For safety reasons there are zero returns on e Liquid. If a particular flavor doesn't fit your taste we suggest posting it up in our free classifieds section. You may sell or trade your e Liquid free of charge. Click Here (You will need to register to use our classifieds system)

Cartridges

For safety reasons there are zero returns on cartridges.

Chargers

All chargers come with a 30 days warranty. Defective item must be returned for inspection before unit is replaced.

Starter Kits  

We do not Take Returns on Starter kits. An electronic cigarette is a consumable device and cannot be resold or restocked. Please be sure your certain before purchasing a starter kit.
