How long to processes my order? 

We work all throughout the day and night to get your order ready to go! Orders usually shipped out of our location within 24 hours. (We are located in and ship from California) 

How long until it arrives at my door step? 

We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail no matter how large or small the order. Your order is born in California. If you live on the West Coast it's normally 1 day delivery time. Mid United States 2 days and East Coast 3 days.  (Please note that the mail system slows a bit during holiday seasons)

How can I check the status of my order?

1. simply login to your store account if you have not already done so.  
2. click "order status" in the top left hand corner of this page (or any page)

That's it! You can now see all of your orders as well as track any current orders. It will be update throughout the day as it moves along the line.

Wait, what about a tracking number?

All orders receive a tracking number when they ship. The email will come from Stamps.com. If you don't receive an email after your order has changed to shipped, check your spam folder. Be sure to add Vapor Talk mail and Stamps.com to your safe filter!
