We ship to United States and Puerto Rico only.

All orders placed before 2pm ship same day!

We charge a simple flat rate of $5.99. All orders over $100 receive free shipping!   

Shipping and Processing Time

With the exception of major holidays we always ship same day. So long as you include your email when filling out shipping information you will receive real time emails automatically with updates on your order. Please make sure you include your email in the billing and shipping form when checking out.

Important APO information

Please note that currently we do not ship to APO addresses. If you wish to have Vapor Talk Juice shipped to your APO address you can use our partner Diet Smokes.  Click Here 

Our Juice Return Policy

If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will replace the item immediately at no charge to you. You can fill a warranty return by creating a new ticket. Click Here For safety reasons we only accept unopened bottles of juice. 

Hardware

VP Units - 90 Days on Battery housing and charger. 14 days on Batteries.

Warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation or use of this product. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state, or if used for other than indoor residential use.

Atomizers -  Please note that atomizers are only warrantied to be none DOA. (Dead on Arrival) Please check your atomizers upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for inappropriate use such as dry burning, not insuring the atomizer is kept wet at all times, using atomizers on high voltage units etc. Atomizers only have a life expectancy of about 4 weeks. Please be sure to make sure you order in advanced so as not to be left without an atomizer.  Some people have managed to push as long as 3 months out of an atomizer, this however is not typical.

For the high voltage users: Love that great throat it and massive amount of vapor? We do too. That said, if you are running a modification at a high voltage, note that you will place greater strain on the heating coil inside the atomizer. Please make sure you are using a well made atomizer. We are not responsible for atomizers that burn out faster than normal.

Joye Series - All joye series start kits include a standard 14 day warrenty.
