Are items from your store dropped shipped? 

Absolutely not. All of our product are in house. We ship all of our products from our location in Southern California.

While it may not show on the client end our shipping system shows when an order has arrived or held in customs. This tracking can and will be sent upon a person trying to perform a charge back. Claiming a lost or undelivered item after it has arrived or has been sent is illegal. We work closely with banks to prevent illegal charge backs.
