How long to processes my order hmm? 

We work all throughout the day and night to get your order ready to go! Orders are always shipped out of our location within 24 hours. 

OK Fine, but how long until it arrives at my door step? 

We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail no matter how large or small the order! Your order is born in California. If you live on the West Coast it's 1 day delivery time. Mid United States 2 days and East Coast 3 days. 

Ok sounds good but I still LOVE to track my packages, can I get a tracking number? 

You bet! Every order is updated throughout the processes. So long as you include your email address when checking out we'll tell you when it's waiting, when it's about to ship and when it's actually left our building. Top that off and we'll even send you a USPS tracking number. You'll know where your order is the whole way. (And don't worry we will never sell your email address. We hate spam as much as you do!)

Nice, but what if something goes wrong? 

If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will replace the item immediately at no charge to you. You can fill a warranty return by creating a new ticket. Click Here
For safety reasons we only accept unopened bottles of juice. 

Hardware

VP Units - 90 Days on Battery housing and charger. 14 days on Batteries. Sorry but Warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation or use of this product. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state, or if used for other than indoor residential use.

Atomizers -  Please note that atomizers are only warrantied to be none DOA. (Dead on Arrival) Please check your atomizers upon arrival. Atomizers only have a life expectancy of about 4 weeks. Please make sure you order in advance so as not to be left without an atomizer. 

For the high voltage users: Love that great throat it and massive amount of vapor? We do too! That said, if you are running a modification at a high voltage, note that you will place greater strain on the heating coil inside the atomizer. Please make sure you are using a well made atomizer. We are not responsible for atomizers that burn out faster than normal.
